Agreement to Terms

By engaging GALAB for testing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Scope

• Identity verification using HPLC and LC-MS
• Purity analysis and quantitative testing
• Heavy metal detection and microbiology
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) generation

Sample Submission

• Provide accurate sample information
• Use appropriate containers with proper labeling
• Ensure samples are legal and safe to handle
• Minimum quantity: 5g or 5ml for most tests

Payment Terms

• Payment due within 30 days of invoice
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest

Liability

GALAB's liability is limited to the fee paid for testing services. We are not liable for indirect damages, product recalls, or business losses.
